崗位職責(zé):
1.Independently manage existing business in the designated territory. Maintain relationships with current customers and Prospect potential customers. Prepare, implement and monitor the short- and long-term business plan for the designated territory.
2.Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company.
3.Build strong understanding of new customers and their marketplaces through a broad range of information sources, identify and lead new business opportunities with the customers in the designated territory.
4.Design and execute business development, sales and marketing strategies.
5.Serve as an initial touchpoint for all new customers and leads. Draft and present contract proposals to customers.
6.Uncover and evaluate customers’ needs for CRTDMO business and manage execution of CDA/NDA by closely working with internal teams.
7.Work closely with internal teams to meet client project requirements. Provide a high level of customer support. Work directly with customers and ensure customer service levels exceed expectations.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree in life science background, such as pharmaceutics, medical or biology. An advanced degree (MSc, PhD) or equivalent is preferred.
2.Native in English (North American or European BDs) or Korean (Korea BD) communication; Chinese is a plus.
3.Strong negotiating skills and Effective communication skills.
4.Strong network in CDMO and pharmaceutical market in the designated territory.
5.Strong experience in business development, sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical/CDMO/CRO industry.
